MOWA (Minstry of Women's Affairs) in Ethiopia is working to limit the number of adoptions processed in Ethiopia from 50 a day to 5. This is huge and would be so devastating for adoption. While we would be so saddened by this, the ones who will really be hurt by it will be the thousands of orphans in Ethiopia who are waiting for their forever families. We are praying that they will not go through with this plan.
